We gladly welcome you to spend your vacation at our residence!
Villa Arcturia is furnished with love and care so that you feel as comfortable as possible during your stay. It is our desire to make you feel at home, have fun and relax and we have made our best efforts to make sure you will find everything you need to your liking.
Rental rate includes bedsheets, towels, hand and dish soap, cleaning products, and garbage bags. Please use all the equipment carefully and take care of the premises. If you lose anything or need any help, do not hesitate to contact us. In case of any damage, please let us know immediately.
The following rules are an aid to a harmonious stay, so as to make sure every guest is happy with the experience.
Rental
Check-in time on the day of arrival is after 15:00. Check-out time on the day of departure is until 12:00.
The keeper of the villa will accompany you to the residence and hand over the keys to you, which he will collect back on the day of departure. He will also provide you with some useful information and will always be at your disposal for anything you may need during your stay.
Booking is secured upon bank deposit of the appropriate amount in total before arrival. The lease contract is signed and handed to the keeper of the villa upon receipt of the keys.
Any persons not mentioned in the rental agreement are not allowed to stay at the residence.
Parking
Parking space is available in a designated location next to the house. Please do not park your car in front of the courtyard door.
Safety & Security
Windows and doors should be closed before leaving the house. We are not responsible for any theft.
The keys should never be handed over to third parties. Loss of keys must be reported immediately and the visitor is responsible for the cost of replacing the entire lock.
For your personal items, we bear no responsibility.
The lights, fireplace, oven and any other appliances you may have turned on, always make sure they are turned off.
Hygiene
Shoes should be taken off upon entering the house, before climbing the stairs. You will find slippers in different sizes in the drawer next to the entrance door.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please only use the balconies for smoking and make sure you use the cushions at your disposal.
Air the premises daily for at least 10 minutes.
After showering, please air the bathroom for at least 15 minutes. Do not drop residues on the toilet, shower or sink.
Used dishes, cutlery, pots and pans should be washed before leaving. When leaving, please do not leave leftover food in the house and leave the kitchen in the condition you found it.
Cleaning service during your stay can be organized with a charge.
On the day of departure throw all used towels into a pile on the floor.
Organization
Pets are allowed only after consultation with the owner.
The Internet can be accessed for free via WiFi. If you need it, please let us know, so that we provide you with the access data at your arrival.
The phone landline has the number 23860 31 301.
The TV is streaming via Internet and has a wide selection of channels in different languages.
Furniture should not be carried outside.
By renting this house, we assume that you acknowledge and respect the above terms of rental. If you have any questions we are always at your disposal.
